Manchester flatshare - double rooms
Nice houseshare with nice people and good value for price (£51 pw)
Hi there!
As two of us will leave the houseshare, we will have two big double rooms, available from the 13 and 21 December respectively, in a big house featuring a living room, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom. It is equipped with a washing mashine, oven, microwave, toaster, heating with gas, Broadband and so on. Close to all local amenities (StageCoach Bus station, 8 min to town center, ASDA, LIDDL, local market). The rent would be 51ppw, bills not included but split up 5 ways.
You would be sharing with two nice postgrad students and a young professional. They are very sociable, like to go out sometimes, talk, and eat together when they can (we organised a house warming in which we all cooked something!). We would like someone sociable as well, tidy, and non-smoker, preferably postgrad students but that's optional as soon as you are a cool person!
