Receptionist
My client in the Hulme area of Manchester is looking to recruit a Receptionist on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have professional reception experience as well as a polite and friendly telephone manner. The Receptionist will be confident, organised and also have excellent communication skills. Also candidates who wish to apply for the position must have excellent computer skills.
Duties include:
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Directing all telephone calls to the relevant people.
Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors.
Dealing with the incoming/outgoing post.
Receiving deliveries.
Passing support requests for the operations teams.
Administration support including filing, faxing and photocopying.
Dealing with general enquiries.
The hours of work are Monday Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch
