Although we have classes online we also meet up once a week for a one hour bootcamp sessions to get your body really pumping. We do weigh-in’s as well so that you will be able to keep track of your progress. Once you come to these classes it is guaranteed that you won’t ever be the same again. Its amazing, so we recommend you come to these classes on Saturdays. We run two sessions one in the morning and one in the Afternoon/Evening.
