Manchester based solicitors practice are looking to recruit an experienced Initial Response Claims Handler to join their department.
The role will involve receiving inbound telephone calls from clients who have suffered an accident to their motor vehicle.
Some of the duties would involve taking detailed notes as to the cause of the accident, being to first point of contact for customers, determining liability, going through questionnaires with customers to determine liability and once the provisional details have been taken passing the matter to the Small Claims Department.
It will be necessary to be a strong communicator and negotiator and will need someone who can keep control of a caseload and aim to ensure the clients claim is dealt with in an efficient manner in the least amount of time.
