Hi, I'm an engineering student at the University of Manchester looking for somewhere safe to park and live in my van from January - June 2010. I'd be happy to contribute to bills and/or pay rent in return for the use of a bathroom, some electricity and washing machine. My van has everything else I would need to live (see pics)...

I'm not a thieving gypo, but a tidy, practical and considerate tennant who's fed up of sharing a house with messy unhygenic students.

Ideally I'm after somewhere a little secluded, off the street where my presence wont worry neighbours or attract local trouble makers - a back garden for example.
Anywhere in the Greater Manchester region considered.
