We’ve a double room that will be available from the middle of October on the 2nd floor of a share house in Chorlton.
There’ll be four other people here (mid to late 20s) - 2 girls and 2 boys.
The house is near the main roads in Chorlton where there are lots of shops and take-aways and bars.
There is also a supermarket about 100yds away.
There’s a large drive and on street parking at the front of the house and a decent sized area to the rear which isn’t quite a garden but is patio-esque and gets the sun in the afternoons.

The rent is £250 a month
Monthly bills come to around £35 but then there’s quarterly gas and electric on top of that.
