House is a new build 1 yr old and has usual mod cons including large Plasma TV, Wireless Internet, Washer/Drier, Dishwasher etc etc

The room is available - deposit is 1 months rent, length of tenancy negotiable to suit. I would prefer a professional type as a housemate and someone who is also house-proud and considerate - I am 32 yrs old, male.
