My house is situated just off Oldham Road, close to good local amenities (24hr Tesco) offering easy access to Manchester Piccadilly, 15mins by car/bus, (bus stops are 3mins away from property). If you're a driver the M60/62 motorway network is very close by also.

It's a two bed property with a well fitted kitchen/diner, bathroom/wc and shower, garden to front and back, washing machine/ dryer, gas central heating and broadband. The spare room is a good size and is furnished with a double bed/ bedside table, wardrobe, small desk and shelving.

The rent is £300 including utility bills (excl. phone). A deposit will be required.
