CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT required for leading logistics client, in Irlam. £7.00 an hour, on an ongoing temp basis. The role is working 11.30-8.00pm Monday to Friday,working 40 hrs a week
The role involves receiving inbound calls from logistics customers, dealing with general queries and complaints. Dealing with ingoing and outgoing telephone calls politely and confidently, using own initiative to resolve any situations that may arise.
