I`m looking for somewhere I might like to call home (Manchester area) I`m currently on sickness bennefits and able to claim £450 pcm inclusive of council tax. All I need now is a Landlord/lady who appreciates my situation . I`d be willing to share provided the bills were inclusive ,but then I may only claim up to 380pcm , so single occupancy is preferred . All areas considered ,and please dont ask me to show you a cheque/moneygram (I dont have one ).
