Hello!
Got a great room available in Fallowfield, its a double with everything you need. The house is modern, fashionably decorated (no magnolia) and got a great kitchen and fantastic yard etc etc. Internet wireless unlimited broadband aswell. The house is 30 seconds away from the 111 (main town and uni bus), a stones throw away from lovely Platt fields park ( great for uni sports), from the Dome sports complex ( super cheap gym) 10 to 15 minute walk from Sainsbury fallowfield oxford rd (if you want to spot talent, it really is a must) and for all you lovely students we have a lockable room attached on the extension for bikes and many pieces of my own crap) and close to Rusholme (curries) and trendy bars in Fallowfield. The house consists of me and max, a super friendly cuddly labrador 8 yrs old who sleeps all day and I'm sure has his b****s around when i'm at work! Don't worry he hasn't mastered the stairs so you won't wake up to dribble, not his anyway. Anyway the rent is all in but is negotiable! So all i can say, come round, meet me, meet max, meet house and have a biscuit. And don't worry I won't make you sign a thousand year contract with a million years notice if all goes terribly wrong. Oh yeah spot the max in the pictures for a prize, but come see it for yourself. thanks for reading.
