A room in a brand new house is available to move into immediately. The house was purchased by myself and due to the nature of my work, I am rarely there. The room has no furniture as I thought you would like to design it your way. The rest of the house is fully furnished and you will have your own bathroom that is en suite. In addition, there is a garden and parking facilities.

While this 3 bedroom house boasts a lot of space, myself and my boyfriend will be there sporadically. The location itself is very convenient as it is 15 minutes walk/5 min bus ride to Piccadilly railway station. Rent is includes all bills and council tax but electricity has been excluded. Internet access and sky television is also provided.
