We are a new, small and expanding company based in South Manchester, looking to recruit an experienced Debt Management Lead Generator to join our team. The company is situated in leafy Didsbury (close to East Didsbury train station) and offers excellent opportunities for the future.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, ideally within a Debt Management company. You will be contacting leads provided by other financial companies and via the company website to see if you can assist the client to get out of financial difficulty. You will be giving advice to customers with regards to Debt Management, IVA's and Trust Deeds and other financial products under the company arm. You will be required to be sympathetic to your clients needs and be expected to advise them of the benefits of taking up one of the company products. You must be self-motivated and have the hunger to hit targets set to you by your manager.
In return the company will offer a salary of £15k OTE £23k plus full support in training and development to reach your goals.
