In its three-year business plan, the company now intends to go back to its roots focusing on rebuilding quality and service, then expand its Civil Engineering client base, then use that as its springboard to develop coordinated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering platforms. The company requires a General Manager with the experience and expertise necessary to lead it through this transformation, and the vision and commitment to implement the required strategy to take advantage of the extensive opportunities in Yemen market.

Skills required:

* Proven experience (15+ years) in Civil Engineering, in the oil & gas field (5+ years)
* Oversee expansion into Mechanical and Electrical Engineering over 3-5 years
* Proven marketing skills
* Managing a large team (300 persons). A hands-on management style is required, with an emphasis on building the management team and on skills improvement
* Preference to promote from within whilst selectively adding resources to build new business skills
* Experience in implementing a skills training program
* MBA from a strong institution.
