Manchester's premier advertising firm requires at least 18 ambitious individuals to augment the team as Sales / Marketing Executives due to a forthcoming 2009/10 expansion.
Location: Manchester
£250 - 500 per week average earnings (uncapped)

They are responsible for participating in on-going marketing plans and developing new market opportunities. They are experiencing phenomenal growth as a direct result of their success, increasing clients' brand name awareness by attracting new customers and exposing their products to new tiers of distribution.
THE IDEAL SALES / MARKETING EXECUTIVE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a team player that has the ability to achieve profit objectives and provide an excellent standard of client representation. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to effectively communicate, coach and develop others.
EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY
They will provide full hands on coaching and development for the right people. Candidates will be crossed trained in the areas of sales, marketing, and campaign management.
They play by very simple rules: 100% promotion within 0% seniority. Growth and recognition are based on personal performance; a fast track personal development programme is also available for the ambitious however a valid passport is essential.
