Operations Consultant

I have an excellent Operations Consultant position for a reputable, leading Tour Operator, which is keen to grow and develop its Operations Team. This is a great opportunity for those with some travel industry experience, keen to work in an operations consultant role.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A suitably experienced candidate is required to join this busy, successful Tour Operator, working in Operations offering support to fulfil travel bookings that have been affected by changes.
Responsibilities include:
* Clear allocated bookings in terms of land and transfers product within service levels.
* Contact travel agents to advise of any land or building works, or changes, with a booking following business guide lines to protect revenue.
* Document all changes to existing land and transfer arrangements, keeping an accurate accurate account of any alterations.
* Service external emails.
* Ensure telephone and email enquiries are dealt with, in a professional and helpful manner, resolving any queries.
* Offer advice and assistance to colleagues.
* Adhere to all rules and meet KPI's.
* Deliver a first class service to internal and external suppliers, and agents.
* Decision make effectively to complete tasks.
* Motivate yourself to develop within this excellent company.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Within this role you will use your people skills, customer service skills and ability to effectively deal with suppliers and agents. This role will also involve some problem solving.
