Busy city centre restaurant requires a Full time assistant manager for immediate start.

You must have relevent experience as this is a very hands on role where you will be required to work on the floor aswell as run the restaurant in the managers absence.

You must have the ability to manager people, drive sales and be financially astute. You must be presentable and ambitious. You will also be fluent in English for health and safety reasons. Ideally you will also have a strong bar background and love the environment.
