I am interested in renting premises in Manchester as I will be setting up a business shortly. Briefly the business needs are
1) warehouse/storage of minimum 1500 sq ft.
2) workshop to carry out car repairs with minimum 1000 sq ft.
3) office and toilet facilities of any size but would consider installing these myself if other needs are met.
4) Car forecourt/land to display approx 30 cars.
The business intends to comprise of a wholesale tyre supply operation and a second hand car sales operation. To this end, the premises must have access for deliveries and ideally would be on or near a main road.
I can pay rent to a maximum of £20,000.00 per annum.
