IT Security Officer with excellent experience IT Security policy and procedures is required by a major financial corporate organisation. You must have IT Security compliance experience of ISO 27001, Understanding of BCP and the value if it to a business. If you have experience of Information Security Standard BS7799, penetration testing, network security then this would be a bonus but not essential. CISSP, CISM or a Degree in IT Security would also be beneficial.
This a fantastic IT Security position for a leading organisation that are going through a massive wave of expansion. Therefore this is a new role that has been created as they have substantially increased there IT infrastructure and need somebody on site to implement IT security policy and procedure. You need to have excellent communication skills as you will have to make sure the policy and procedures are adhered too by all members of staff. There may also be some reporting work and also some testing work involved. This role will involve to an even more dynamic role and you will be heavily involved in shape my clients overall Security issues and it has fantastic scope for career progression. The role is based from the Manchester based offices but you will work closely with other sites across the UK.
