The flat is in Salford, five minute drive from Manchester. It's in a very quiet cul-de-sac with secure car park. You have also free access to a private gym, sauna, lounge and swimming pool.
Concerning the flat, it is furnished to great standards. You have your own double bedroom. There is a balcony, a large bathroom and an all fitted kitchen. (oven, micro wave, fridge, freezer, washing machine)
The rent is £262,5 per months and it includes water.
