I have a 3 bedroomed house,on benmore road blackley,it as new windows,new kitchen,new bathroom with shower,blinds throughtout the house big garden at the back and small garden at the front on street parking,just had a new electric fire with surround fitted not overlooked fro mthe back garden nice neighbours,been here over 5 years,but the house is way too big ,cant afford to run it i want to stay in the same area or some parts of charlestown must be a 2 bedroomed would consider a flat but must be ground and have a big garden for my sons toys,my house is in good condition i want an offer with neighbours that are ok ,a shower if possible but not a must
