Job Description:
Sous Chef required to be thoroughly involved in all aspects of running a kitchen efficiently and productively.
Sous Chefs responsibilities and accountability's:
-Demonstrate a high standard of personal performance to branded standards.
-Produce good quality food from fresh produce daily.
-To demonstrate genuine care and concern for your work environment.
-Assisting head and exec chef with inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning.
-Responsible for the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Complying with the companies Health and Safety regulations.

Required Experience:
Two years experience In a similar role as a sous chef in a busy, high productive environment. Relevant 4 star corporate experience.

Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary for this role is £21000 Bonuses can be achieved dependant on the usual criteria,. Company benefits are excellent.
