The UK Sales Agent is responsible for all sales related customer contact points. The team is there to provide excellent service & support to all potential & existing customers, to encourage customers to book or to receive a quotation making best use of the Company's suppliers and any special offers that may be available, ensuring they are given all the information they require regarding their rental.

Key Duties Include:

Taking inbound calls from (and making, when required, outbound calls to) potential and repeat customers providing a quality service at all times

Exceeding Company and Personal Sales targets delivered through the UK Sales Supervisor by the Head of UK.

Exceeding Company and Personal call handling targets delivered through the UK Sles Supervisor by the Head of UK.

Taking ownership for customer queries / comments as necessary & providing solutions or answers for these in accordance with company guidelines


Building long-term Relationships with Customers through providing the best rental deals available and making the best use of any appropriate special/upgrade offers.

Answering overflow calls from the Customer Service area as directed by the operations supervisor or manager


Key Skills Required Include:

Good Interpersonal & communication skills - which will enable the agent to deal with each customer in a positive & effective manner.

Computer skills – as the role requires communications via email & the frequent use of internal systems.

Good command of their spoken & written language.
A high level of personal motivation to exceed Sales targets driving increased booking
