I have a double room available for short term in Salford, near Liverpool street (3-4 months contract). it has a fully equiped kitchen, with washing machine and dryer. there are 2 bus stops 3 min walk, also tram station 7 min walk, grocery store 7 min walk and Salford shoppin centre 10 min walk. the rent includes the water bills, WI FI and Cable but it does not includes the Gas and Electric bills.
