Apartment recently purchased by myself back in December, but am now moving to America and need to find a replacement for my room. The room comprises of a double bed, and en suite facilities so full privacy will be guarenteed. The apartment in general is also very nicely decorated and is fully furnished.

Although the apartment is 2 bedroom, there are 3 of us living there at the moment as it is extremely spacious and so i will be giving up the main bedroom/en suite.

The location itself is very convenient as it is 15 minutes walk/5 min bus ride to Piccadilly railway station. I must stress ive had a number of viewings but majority have been unsuccessful due to it not being slap bang in the city centre, so if u dont mind being within 5 min bus ride of Piccadilly then this is the place for you

Rent is inclusive of bills and council tax. Internet access and sky television is also provided. NO bond is required
