It has become apparent from talking and working with people going through fertility problems or IVF that the whole experience can not only be an incredibly stressful time, but also a profoundly lonely one.

Often people keep the experience secret from friends, family and work collegues which can lead to a feeling of isolation.

Donna and Jenny (an hypnotyherapist and an acupuncturist) are therefore hosting monthly self-help support groups for women who are experiencing difficulties with fertility or who are going through IVF. Women who have been through the process are also welcome.

We stress that this is a space to support and help each other through sharing experiences and building friendships. Donna and Jenny are merely facilitators who understand what you may be going through owing to their experience of working with clients. It's your support for each other that will help you the most.

The evening ends with a guided relaxation from Donna, our hypnotherapist.
