This role involves selling IVAs and debt management plans to customers who have previously been vetted by another department. Making outbound calls to potential customers,hot/warm leads provided. Clarifying customers financial situation, credit commitments , income/expenditure. Evaluating each customer advising them on the best course of action. Explaining IVAs to the customer to ensure they fully understand the commitment. Sending out packs to customers then chasing them to ensure they understand. The first years realistic OTE is around £30k but their top earners are earning in excess of £40k.
