Hey guys!
Double room available in 7 bed ALL GIRL house in Rusholme. 15 minutes walk from uni, 5 min walk to Oxford Road with a Tesco, Lidl and Subway nearby.
The room is £300 pcm and that includes ALL bills. The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table and the house itself is new and furnished to high standard. Massive Kitchen, leather sofas, laminate flooring, new bathrooms etc etc.
You will be sharing with 6 other girls all in their early to mid twenties who are mix of students and professionals. They are all sociable and chatty so there's always someone to talk to! I am only moving out to live with boyfriend as it's cheaper.
