We are aged 25 and 29. One of us works as a consultant, the other works in a nursery and will start a Social Work degree at Salford Uni in September.

We want a nice house/apartment in a very specific area (South East Didsbury, near E Didsbury Train Station and the A34 - Didsbury Park would be perfect). In return, you will get two very responsible and conscientious tenants, and all being well we would very much like to stay long term. We will look after the place as if it were our own.

We would like as many of the following as possible:

- Fully furnished
- Off street parking for 2 cars
- Decent interior (clean, in good condition)
- Gas hob
- Good shower(s)
- Plenty of space!

We are asking for a lot, but we're good tenants!
