After a hugely successful opening in Manchester, our client has another opening planned for Leeds city centre. There couldn't be a more exciting time to join this forward thinking company.

Job Description
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the Manchester and Leeds venues. All Restaurant, Bar, Floor Managers and Head Chefs will report directly to you.
This is a very hands on role with full autonomy given on all aspects of the business, from menu development, training programmes and business development.
The role also offers fantastic career progression and a chance for the right candidate to really make their mark.
Required Experience:
The successful candidate will display the following
*Proven financial performance within a high volume operation
*Management experience within formal fine dining
*Strong financial skills
*Experience in new openings

Salary and Benefits
25000 to 28000 this is negotiable based on experience.
