The successful candidate will be passionate about the industry, with impeccable communication skills. Working alongside the Night Porters & responsible for all aspects of the Security.

Duties to Include
" Training & development of the Night Porters
" Preparation of Breakfast trays & service to rooms
" Local awareness " Cleaning of areas as reguested, removal of all trays from public areas, bedroom corridors as necessary
" Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
" Understanding hotel availability and the have the potential to ability to capitalize on room sales " Able to operate a switchboard, dealing with internal & external calls
" Carry out all guests requests in a courteous & professional manner
