Package: £45,000 + OTE £55,000 + Benefits
Location: Based in UK
An exciting opportunity for an experienced European Sales Manager based in the UK to join an organisation specialising in the design and manufacture of engineered products. This is a senior position where you will have full strategic and operational responsibility for selling electro-components to OEM`s. You will join a growing organization currently achieving massive success and rapid growth within the electro-component industry. You will travel extensively and cover the territory of France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece and Israel.

- Has a strong international manufacturing structure
The Opportunity:
- As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for demand creation through development of OEM accounts in Southern Europe, namely France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece and Israel
- You will develop and maintain a sales strategy for the assigned region that secures significant and profitable business growth
- Mentor, train, support and inspire the sales channel, proactively managing dynamic goals and targets
- Work closely with customers and internal / external engineering staff to ensure that products are designed in at the earliest possible stage, and specified
- You will travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, which is geographically large, and will therefore require staying away from home on occasion
You will be:
- A successful Sales Professional with a demonstrable track record of 5-8 years in selling electronics into OEM`s
- A Fluent French speaker, able to conduct an interview in French,
- A candidate with good electronics or Business qualifications
- Able to prove a track record in channel management and demand creation in a technical environment
- A well rounded, versatile Sales Executive with drive, enthusiasm and a ``can do`` attitude
