As Manager your tasks will include the day-to-day management of the operation, leading by example. You will have gained your experience from previous general management within a bar/restaurant environment and be an excellent host with superior customer care skills. You will be an achiever, setting and maintaining high standards, yet with the ability to establish positive relations with both customers and colleagues alike. You will be expected to target and drive sales, increase profitability and maintain customer satisfaction.
