A dynamic and forward thinking organisation are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their highly successful and expanding department. You will be working in brand new state of the art offices, in the heart of Didsbury Village, close to public transport links, bars, shops and restaurants.

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, who have set up an account with the company resolving billing queries and hardware queries, completing welcome calls, account reviews and managing call alerts.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have gained experience of working within a telephone bases Customer Service role. Excellent communicating skills are essential for this role, so is the ability to build rapport with customers. We are looking for highly enthusiastic and personable candidate who can make a difference and enjoy working within customer services.
