I require a short term let on a double room from (ideally) 20th June - 20th Sept, but I do have a tiny bit of flexibility on the dates.

I am a 24yr old young professional who doesn't mind staying with young professionals or mature students (I don't mind weekend shenanigans, but I do need my sleep during the week for work!).

I'm clean, trustworthy and respectful.

I need all bills included and wireless internet please.
Of course the price is negotiable, but need it quite cheap please!
