Role summary:
To ensure POD's / paperwork received from depots are processed daily and accurately according to the customer and the requirements
Main Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Sorting paperwork received from the depots daily
- Preparing paperwork for scanning, ensuring all relevant checks are carried out
- Indexing customer accounts accurately and resolving pod queries resulting from indexing
- Batching and returning paperwork as per the customer's requirements
- Dealing with customer and internal pod requests efficiently and in a timely manner
- Updating relevant spreadsheets for internal monitoring purposes
- Reduce and maintain unpod report, investigating and retrieving missing pods
- Scanning proof of delivery paperwork and other documents ensuring correct scanning procedures are followed
- Keep up to date with news items, vacancies and process updates as detailed on the companies Intranet system
The successful candidate will have good oral and written skills and a good knowledge of the Microsoft systems.
