Hi

I am a 22 year old, straight male from Leeds moving to manchester around 20th June.

i am looking for a double room in either a flat or a house in or very close to the city centre and including parking.

Areas i am particularly keen on are Castlefield, spinning fields, the green quarter or the northern quarter however all areas would be considered.

I would be looking to rent the room probably for 12 months minimum. (up to 3 years if i really like the place). I would however only want to be commited to a short term incase for whatever reason things didn't work out.

I will be working mon- fri 9-5 usually in the city and then i will need to be able to study on week nights as i am training to be a chartered accountant and so would need to have somehwere that i could get my head down when needed through the week.

I'm all for a good time at the weekend though and don't plan to only have my head in the books.
