A professional couple (teachers) require a tidy/clean, spacious, furnished (preferred), 2-bed house or flat to rent preferably in the Eccles/Monton area (although other areas will be considered). MUST have easy access to the city centre (i.e. be close to bus or tram stop). Ready to move in December 09 or January 10 (as negotiated). Price range: £450 - £525 ONLY / 6 or 12 month contract initially. Excellent references.
