Our fabulous client based in Rochdale is looking for a Service Provision Team Leader to join their team.

The role will involve leading, motivating and overseeing the day to day management of the Service Provision Executive team. You will monitor and manage the distribution of the daily workload, conduct monthly one to one reviews with team members as well as formal reviews, monitoring sickness, absence, and other issues as and when appropriate. You will recognise opportunity for improvements on practices and procedures and contribute to the on going development of Customer Service within the team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of the product and provisioning processes together with a natural aptitude for learning and developing a team. You will have excellent communication and IT skills along with proven leadership qualities.

Salary is £20k to £25k including an excellent benefits package!
