The successful Housekeeping Manager will need to have strong previous housekeeping experience and have an excellent eye for detail. As the Housekeeping Manager for this busy luxury hotel you will be required to run and supervise your team within the busy housekeeping department.

The right candidate will need to help organise a large team of staff, so communication and leadership skills are essential, as is a the ability to be proactive and have a passion for quality and driving up standards.

You will also be required to lead and manage the team rota, order amenities and ensure appropriate cover during your teams holidays.

Essential

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel market however experience within a hotel of a similar size is also preferential.
Knowledge of managing linen inventory and stock keeping levels of guest amenities and cleaning supplies will also be of an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and good time management.
Knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements.

Experience of using OPERA or Fidelio will be advantageous to your application.
