We are currently launching a new service and we are looking for someone to create some legal documents and contracts for us. It would involve talking over the phone the practicalities of the agreements, for you to then draft them up, go through together and sign these off.

These would include sales agreements, contracts with sub contractors, service agreements, business terms and conditions. Please enquire if you have suitable experience. There will be future work that will emerge if the relationship is effective and suitable, and we would expect you to sign an NDA before carrying out the work.

Payment would be made on completion by way of bank transfer through a standard invoice.

Please send a CV or outline the work that you have done previously. You must have attention to detail, and experience of such contracts. You can be based anywhere in the country.
