The Hilton Manchester Deansgate is fabulously located on the heart of the City. It is housed in the tallest building outside of London and as such has become one of Manchester's most talked about hotels. It has 279 bedrooms, 14 meeting rooms including a banqueting suite for up to 600 guests. There are dining facilities in Podium Bar and Restaurant and award winning destination cocktail bar, Cloud 23 which is situated on the 23rd floor. There are also leisure facilities for hotel guests in our LivingWell Health club and swimming pool.

What will I be doing?
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Cloud 23 ensuring par stock levels at all times.

Key Responsibilities include:

To replenish, analyse and control bar stocks
Issue requisitions on a daily and weekly basis
Establish par stock levels
To achieve targets as set by Hilton and/or the hotel, and to advise management of any shortfall in meeting these requirements prior to the target date.
To ensure month end reports are completed accurately and within the required time limits.
To establish the highest level of communication, co-operation and goodwill with internal and external customers and ensure that all external and internal queries are responded to within 24 hours.
To carry out any other reasonable duty as directed by management.
Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises.

What are we looking for?
Someone who has:

A high rate of accuracy in everything they do
Excellent arithmetic skills
An ability to build good working relationships, internally and externally
Very organised approach to work
Previous experience of working within a Hotel would be desirable
