Languages spoken are Russian and French. The room is available from January to the end of June and would be ideal for anyone coming on Erasmus wanting to make friends with friendly English students.

The house is located 1 minute from a supermarket and other shops. 5 minutes from a train station connecting the city centre and airport. Manchester University is 20 minutes and Manchester Metropolitan is 25 minutes by bus and very cheap.

Being located in the main student district of Fallowfield on a quiet side street, it is ideal for meeting friends, going for a drink or shopping.

The house has a TV, wireless internet, a washing machine, dishwasher and excellent cooking equipment. The bedroom comes with a large double bed, large desk, shelves, chair and a wardrobe. It has double glazed windows and good central heating.
