We offer free accommodation in our premises in exchange for looking after the building. Due to the nature of the work we carry out, it will need to be a female worker.

We need someone very clean who works on their own initiative. Someone who will clean everything they see dirty without having to be told to do so. Someone who likes tidiness and will keep this place as if it were theirs.

The premises (community centre type) has around 20 rooms - 8 of which are bedrooms - not all of them are used daily. There are four bathrooms/toilets, a dinning room, a living room, two kitchens, a huge garden.

Examples of the the worker needed would be someone that would clean a spill in the fridge as soon as they see it or would wipe the window sills when they see dust on them or would mop the bathroom floor if they see water on it. We need someone very very meticulous and with an eye for detail.

This is ideal for someone who works part time and needs accommodation. A bedroom will be given to the worker only for her - no boyfriends will be allowed. We would expect:
- a daily check of the premises, rooms, toilets/bathrooms, kitchen
- help with gardening
- collection of post
- carrying some menial tasks as needed.

If the candidate is interested, maybe some time could be spent in doing some Admin work - maybe good for experience. We would expect her to work around 3 hours a day.

There will be a provation period of one month.
