I am looking for a one bedroom flat close to Manchester City Centre ideally or somewhere South of Manchester.

I don't have a car so I need to have buses or trams close by.

I don't smoke and have no pet!

I am a professional (Teacher) and looking for a safe, quiet and clean accommodation.

The flat should have the usual things: phone and tv points, washing machine, fridge, GAS central heating, GAS cooker, be fully or partly furnished ...

I am looking for a monthly rent of £350 MAXIMUM!

I am not interested in house share or flat on the ground floor either or near any football stadium !
