£17,000 OTE £23,000, banking benefits and pension
What does the role involve?
To assume full responsibility for a client base of 400, ensuring that client retention and excellent customer service is maintained by dealing with all tasks and key responsibilities in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Duties include managing correspondence from creditors, welcome calls to customers, set up clients initial payment and pro-actively build and maintain client relationships

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm or 12pm - 7.30pm and Friday 9am -5.30pm

Strong customer service skills, sales experience, stable background, must sound excellent over the phone, proactively build and maintain excellent client relationships to increase client retention
