Hello

I am looking for work in Manchester and surrounding areas in a Systems Support role and/or SAP. Having worked in the IT arena now for the past ten years, most recently with one of the largest Construction companies in the UK – I have led, implemented and delivered change on a global scale.  This in turn has significantly improved costs, relationships and networks across multi sites and companies.

Most recently I implemented a new company wide support processes adhering to SLA's using Magic Service Desk to support SAP, Fortek, Tesys ITM systems, Causeway and many other systems. Due to this I have supported a multitude of staff from Directors to Administrators.

I have also written and provided IT training courses across the whole of England, Scotland and Wales. I am adaptable, keen and well travelled so if you would like to know more then please do contact me. Available for work immediately.
