Compliance Administrator Job Description

Salary: £14 - £18k basic + bonuses + 2 pay reviews a year

Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Location: Based at our Head Office branch, Northenden, South Manchester.

The Role
Successful applicants will be responsible for resolving high-level complaints either via letter or over the phone. In order to resolve the issues you will investigate customer accounts to achieve a full understanding of their complaint. You will also be required to write a response based on your findings in order to achieve a resolution on the dispute. Where a resolution cannot be achieved you may be required to assist in the preparation of case files to be presented to Otelo, the telecoms ombudsman, for a final decision.

Requirements
The ideal candidate would have a background in customer service together with strong skills in written English. They should be articulate, well presented and punctual. Applicants would preferably be educated to degree level (ideally with a degree in English Language or Law), however we will accept A Levels or good GCSE's with experience.
