This is an exciting job opportunity for someone looking to travel around the UK and job share. As a Team Administrator, you will have a regional role where you will provide secretarial, administrative and collaborative support of the Mobile Health-Screening Unit as well as liaising with external organisations and individuals, including customers and suppliers. My client is ideally looking to have two people job share and work in a 'one week on, one week off' rota.

- Checking in patients, managing patient paperwork, arranging transport of lab work.
- Coverage and screening of calls
- Management of Nurse Directors diary
- Preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation
- Facilitating organisation of venues, events, travel and other logistics
- First point of contact for patients arriving at the Mobile Health-Screening Unit
- Checking in patients, managing patient paperwork, arranging transport of lab work.

- Handle queries and other ad hoc admin duties Experience needed:
- Previous experience supporting senior staff in an administrative capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Word processing speed of 60_wpm
- Previous experience in a Healthcare or services-orientated environment would be advantageous
