We looking for a young proff/ postgrad student who is looking for to be part of the social circle as opposed to just a bill splitter! We are 2 girls and one guy (all in our mid-late twenties) looking for either a lad or another girl to join us. The room available is a double and the rest of the house is mint. It has been completely refurbished recently. There is plenty of on street car parking, which is pretty typical for the area.
